Food Truck Parking Requirements
The food truck requires an outdoor, flat and level surface, preferably paved. A map showing where the truck shall park should be provided or contact person present upon arrival.
Setup/Teardown Time
The food truck must be parked in the event location a minimum of 1 1/2 hours prior to event start, to allow time for truck set up and equipment and food to reach temperature. Teardown time is approximately 45min upon event completion.
Health Department Permits
The Grayslake Dog n Suds Food Truck currently holds permits to operate in Lake County, IL and Kenosha, WI. Several cities and villages require their own application and fee for local permits.
Minimums
Due to the variable and fluctuating costs of operating the food truck, we may have to enforce a total minimum purchase amount for the event or minimum attendance numbers.
