Kitchen Crew
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be available nights, weekends and some holidays
- Responsible for opening setup and closing duties
- Prepare food using a broiler, fryer, and steamtable
- Ensuring accuracy of orders before releasing to Carhop
- Keeping kitchen and prep areas clean and stocked
- Cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment
- Washing dishes and taking out trash
Carhop Crew
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be available nights, weekends and some holidays
- Responsible for opening setup and closing duties
- Will work in outside elements (rain/wind/heat/cold)
- Face to face orders with guest
- Ensuring accuracy of orders before delivering to guest
- Fulfilling drink and dessert orders
- Cleaning and maintenance of Carhop machines
- Keeping Carhop areas clean and stocked
- Keeping parking lot, picnic areas, and guest areas clean
Food Truck Crew
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment in hot/cold conditions
- Responsible for setting up / tearing down the food truck
- Prepare food using a grill, fryer, and steamtable
- May be assigned order taking, drink/dessert station, expo
- Ensuring accuracy of orders before releasing to guests
- Keeping food truck clean and stocked
- Taking out trash
Concession Crew
(Memorial Day - Labor Day)
- Must be available nights, weekends and holidays
- Responsible for opening setup and closing duties
- Prepare food using a grill, fryer, and steamtable
- Fulfilling drink and dessert orders
- Working a register and taking face to face orders
- Ensuring accuracy of orders before sending out to guests
- Cleaning, stocking, and maintaining kitchen equipment/machines
- Keeping guest area clean
